How it works (simple)

1. Purpose: agree a plain-English sentence for why this team exists and the outcomes you’re aiming for this quarter.

2. Skills: list the key strengths/skills you have (and any gaps) that will deliver those outcomes; note owners.

3. Values → Behaviours: choose 3–5 values that matter here and translate each into one observable behaviour you’ll practise.

4. Publish: park the canvas where work happens (agenda/Slack/Teams/roadmap) and refer to it when prioritising.
