Kind Resilience™

If we don’t consider how we operate as individuals, how we are connected with something more than ourselves, and how we can successfully action our values and beliefs, constant change could make us feel frustrated, unfulfilled and unhappy.

Kind resilience is the result of working through the 3Ps framework of Peace, Perspective and Purpose - your anchors of certainty, needed in an environment of constant change.

  • Peace: how can we calm and regulate ourselves enough to think clearly?
  • Perspective: how can we connect with something bigger than our day-to-day pressures?
  • Purpose: how can we live our values in the way we work and make decisions?

Finding peace involves reflection and contemplation, looking for answers and inner calm. It’s about identifying your own values, beliefs, morals and needs, and understanding their importance. It can be found by considering areas like self-awareness, reflection, authenticity, integrity, accountability.

Perspective involves having awareness and connection with something greater. This could be God, if you are a believer, but it could also be nature, community, humanity, or “your greatest value”, for example family or friends. Connecting with your “something greater” helps you get out of your head and reminds you what really matters to you.

Your purpose is what gives you energy and agency to action your beliefs and values. It’s how you create meaning and direction in your life. It’s your motivation to demonstrate what you believe and what you need.

Below is the framework, created from doctoral research.

Kind Resilience 45 Day Coaching Challenge for Women

If you're a woman in leadership, you need Kind Resilience. This is not a method to "toughen you up", but a way of learning to be strong, with self-care, empathy and control.

Perhaps you are carrying:

  • constant change and decision fatigue,
  • pressure to perform while staying “likeable”,
  • an inner critic that spikes before difficult conversations?

Perhaps you lack a safe space to reflect with like-minded women, to see a bigger picture and practice new ways of leading?

With my coaching experience and research into how humans stay kind to themselves as they deal with constant change, I'm building a global community.
