COACHING
Coaching involves non-directive help, supporting a person by asking questions and encouraging deep reflection. Typically this is offered as six sessions, online or in-person.
MENTORING
Mentoring uses our experience, knowledge and Go Slow to Go Fast methodology to explore solutions to specific problems. The mentoring sessions can evolve to include team coaching if the individual's challenges extend to their team dynamics. The format typically involves a series of sessions, with the first focused on understanding the individual's purpose, values, and goals, and subsequent sessions tracking progress and accountability.
LEARNING
The Team Accelerator self-study course guides you through practical 'micro-pauses', from structuring 1:1s and your team meetings to setting expectations and giving feedback, so performance and psychological safety are built into your everyday routines.
