In January a client told us that if our offer wasn't about AI, it wasn't getting any training budget this year. We reflected on this and wrote a Substack in March about what you can still do anyway. It has been read and shared more than anything else we've published this year, and the idea people kept writing back about was the internal coaching network.
So that's what Nick and Hannah are spending 45 minutes on, which in practice means teaching people who already work for you to run a decent coaching conversation.
We'll go through who to ask to volunteer (and why it matters if they're a senior colleague), what you actually need to teach them at the start, and the monthly supervision session that makes sure your new network is still running after Christmas.
