YOU'RE IN. WELCOME.
You just chose to put yourself first. For someone who spends most of their energy on everyone else, that's quietly radical. This is your space now.
You've joined a small founding cohort of ambitious women who are done waiting for the right time to invest in themselves. There is no right time. There's just this one.
A Message From Hannah
YOUR COACH. YOUR GUIDE. YOUR THINKING PARTNER FOR THE NEXT 45 DAYS.
Before We Begin
TWO THINGS TO DO BEFORE 14 APRIL
Our first live session is on Tuesday 14 April at 8pm UK time. Between now and then, here's how to arrive ready.
Read the origin story
Scroll down to read where Kind Resilience came from, what three and a half years of doctoral research uncovered, and why it matters for women like you. It'll give you the context for everything we'll be doing together.
Sit with a question
Before our first session, reflect on what's important to you right now, and how you are making room for it. There's no right answer. You don't need to write anything down. Just let it settle. We'll come back to it together.
What's important to you right now, and how are you making room for it?
No right answer. Just let it settle.
Your First Session
TUESDAY 14 APRIL, 8PM UK TIME
Pop this in your calendar now, it's the same slot every week for six sessions. You'll receive email reminders before each one with a link to the coaching platform we use for these sessions. You'll use the login details you created when you signed up, so keep those somewhere safe.
In this first session, we won't dive straight into frameworks. We'll meet each other, build some trust, and I'll walk you through exactly how the 45 days will work, where everything lives, how the weekly rhythm fits together, and how to get the most from it without adding to your mental load.
By the end of that first hour, you'll know the group, you'll know the structure, and you'll feel ready to begin properly.

KIND RESILIENCE, HOW THIS CAME ABOUT
Navigating constant change can be really tough. In my coaching, communications and facilitation work, I have met so many overwhelmed, overworked people who suffered from "change fatigue" which made them stressed at work, and exhausted at home.
Every article I read about change fatigue as part of my doctoral research pointed to change management techniques and better communication, but I felt that this was missing the point for many of us.
Humans have coped with continuous change for tens of thousands of years; in the seasons, the environment, our bodies, our relationships. We've coped by using many different practices and techniques; from prayer to counselling, meditation and yoga to movement and expression.
These practices are seldom seen in the work environment, and many people would say that incorporating them in the office wouldn't be appropriate.
But what if insights from human and spiritual practices could help individuals navigating constant change in organisations? What could I learn from these different practices?
I interviewed eleven incredible individuals who told me about prayer, meditation, grief counselling, Non-Violent Communication, interfaith dialogue, shamanic practices, Quaker decision-making, mindful movement, creative expression, and restorative practices.
The same three insights came up every single time. Humans navigating change need:
- Reflection and contemplation
- Relationships and communities
- Expression and embodiment of themselves
I used these ideas to create a framework. The framework has three parts to reflect these three insights:
Peace
Creating time and space to contemplate and reflect on what is important to you and what you value.
Perspective
Identifying your highest values to connect with to make yourself feel grounded, for example your family, community, nature, God.
Purpose
Ensuring what you do and how you act aligns with your values.
I call these your 'Anchors of Certainty'. When everything is moving, focusing on what is not changing will help you stay in control.
I tested the framework out in one-to-one coaching situations, in conversations and in workshops and was amazed at how this exercise of strategic wellbeing can support people.
I found it was particularly powerful with busy, ambitious women who don't tend to give themselves the time for these kinds of exercises. Those women who sometimes get overwhelmed by all the pressure that is put on them and especially the pressure put there by themselves because they want to achieve and experience all they can.
Kind Resilience 45 is for these women.
I've used my doctoral research, a decade of coaching experience, and my own Purpose of empowering and enabling others, to create this six-week challenge; combining self-reflection, intellectual curiosity and community support.
I am beyond excited that you are with us.
This Is Your Time
FOR ONCE, YOU ARE THE PRIORITY.
You might feel a small voice wondering whether this was the right decision, whether you'll have time, whether it'll really make a difference. That voice is exactly why you're here. You've spent long enough putting everyone else first.
For the next 45 days, this is your time.
See you on the 14th.
