A 2-week sprint to identify and prototype a solution to improve your team’s day-to-day productivity.
Created for leaders that manage teams of 15 or less:
- A purposefully designed process of slowing down, identifying, prototyping, and defining how to solve a 'small' day-to-day challenge that frustrates you and is negatively impacting your team’s productivity.
- You will join this 2-week Sprint, with like-minded managers in a collaborative community.
- Each day of the sprint you will receive bite-sized content and inspiration to give you context on the focus or theme for that day.
- You will also have access to a one-hour live session (14:00 GMT) every day, hosted by Hazel and Nick, where you can ask questions, get guidance on your prototype and learn from the other managers on the sprint.
- You'll start by defining your mission (a day-to-day team frustration) and crafting a "How Might We" statement to drive your solution prototype.
- You will then put your prototype to the test, get feedback from your team and fellow managers on the Sprint in the live sessions or the community portal.
- You will embrace the power of iteration, testing, and refining your solution, then share your progress with your community when the two weeks end.
- Is English not your first language? We have worked internationally for decades so understand how to support you. Co-Founder Hazel is also a native Spanish speaker.
