KIND RESILIENCE 45

A 45-day live coaching challenge, capped at fifteen women, where you build repeatable resilience habits together in a warm, supportive group.

Over six weeks you will:

  • Find your Peace, identifying your values, what's actually important to you, and creating time and space to access it.
  • Build your Perspective, reconnecting with the people, places, and practices that help you see clearly when everything feels too much.
  • Reclaim your Purpose, closing the gap between what you believe and how you're actually spending your days.
  • Build daily habits that stick, not because someone told you to, but because you've found your own anchors of certainty.
  • Be supported by a cohort of women who get it, cheering each other on and holding each other accountable.
  • Receive coaching from Hannah, the creator of the Kind Resilience framework, throughout the sprint.

By the end of 45 days you'll have a clear understanding of your anchors, a framework you can return to whenever you need it, and the confidence that comes from finally having put yourself first.
