STRATEGISE YOUR WELLBEING. BUILD RESILIENCE.
A 45-day coaching challenge, by Kind Resilience
For ambitious women who strategise everything in their lives, except their own wellbeing. Over six weeks, with a small group of other women, you work out what keeps you steady and build it into your week, using Hannah's framework of Peace, Perspective and Purpose.
Six live coaching calls with Hannah, one evening a week, UK time.
Cohort 3 starts in April 2027, with no more than 12 women.
It's free, and you can leave the list whenever you like.

We'll also email you the dates as soon as they're fixed, so you can sort out the diary before the code arrives.

EVERYTHING ON YOUR PLATE IS SOMETHING YOU CHOSE. SO WHY DOES IT FEEL LIKE SO MUCH?
- The job, the family, the birthday presents and the boiler that needs servicing. You're proud of the life you've built, and some weeks it feels like it's sitting on your chest.
- You've read the books, downloaded the apps and paid for the gym membership. You're thoughtful about almost every part of your life, and you still end up last on your own list.
- You keep meaning to protect an hour a week for yourself. Something more urgent turns up every time, and it usually belongs to someone else.
- You're snapping at the people you love and smiling through it at work. Nobody else can see it, because you're very good at holding it all together, but you can feel that something is going to give.
None of this means you're doing it wrong. It's hard to look after yourself when there's no structure, nobody holding you to it and no one to talk it through with. Kind Resilience 45 gives you those for six weeks, and the habits you build in that time stay with you afterwards.
Where The Idea Came From
WHAT'S ANCHORING YOU WHEN EVERYTHING IS MOVING?
Picture yourself on a small boat on a choppy crossing. The deck is moving, the water is moving and so is everyone around you. Looking down makes it worse. What helps is fixing your eyes on the horizon, because it's the one thing out there that stays still.
Kind Resilience works on the same idea. When work, home and your own body are all asking something different of you, it helps to have a few anchors: things you know about yourself that don't shift when everything else does, and that you can come back to on a bad Tuesday.
The framework comes from over three years of Hannah's doctoral research into how people cope with constant change. She interviewed grief counsellors, meditation practitioners, people of deep faith and professionals living through one restructure after another. Whoever she spoke to, the same needs came up. People needed time and space to reflect, people to connect with, and a way of living by their values. Those became Peace, Perspective and Purpose.
"Resilience at work shouldn't mean 'just get on with it.' It should mean self-care, purpose, and understanding yourself well enough to be a source of strength, for yourself first."
The practice is small enough to fit into the week you already have. Hannah's coaching meets you on the dog walk, on the school run, or in the fifteen minutes between meetings when you'd normally check your email. Five minutes of paying attention to yourself, most days, is where the change comes from.
We called it Kind Resilience because the version of resilience most of us grew up with involves gritting your teeth. This one starts with being kind to yourself, and the resilience follows from that.
The Framework
THE THREE ANCHORS: PEACE, PERSPECTIVE AND PURPOSE
PEACE
Making time and space to pause and notice what matters to you. That includes your values, your non-negotiables and the things that slipped off the calendar some time last year.
PERSPECTIVE
Reconnecting with the people, places and practices that help you see clearly. They're the reason a typo on a slide or a forgotten email goes back to being a small thing.
PURPOSE
Moving from knowing what matters to living it, through small actions that close the gap between who you are and how your days get spent. This is where the change shows up in your week, at work and at home.
You go round all three anchors three times over the six weeks. In the first two weeks you name them and notice where your days don't match up. In weeks three and four you question your first answers (are those values yours, or did you inherit them?). In the last two weeks you build them into ordinary life, and you finish with your own Kind Resilience map.
What's Included
WHAT HAPPENS OVER THE 45 DAYS
A live call every week
One hour on Zoom with Hannah and up to eleven other women, six calls in total. Each call mixes a short piece of teaching with coaching in small groups, so you spend most of the hour talking rather than listening.
A question each day
A short prompt lands in your group chat each day to keep things moving between calls. You can answer it, think about it on the way to work, or skip it on a mad day. Hannah reads the chat and joins in during the week.
A pod of three
Each week you're put in a small pod with two other women. It's small enough that you notice when someone's gone quiet, and the pods change weekly so you get to know the whole group.
A library to dip into
A workbook, framework sheets, short videos from Hannah on each anchor and conversations with women from our network, released week by week. The founding cohort told us this was the part they returned to most.
What you keep afterwards
Your personal Kind Resilience map, the framework behind it, and a place in our alumni community, so you can stay in touch with the women you did it with.

MEET HANNAH
Hannah is co-owner and director of Go Slow to Go Fast, and the creator of the Kind Resilience framework. She has worked on large transformation programmes and smaller change projects for global organisations in finance, IT, engineering, L&D and HR.
She has spent years as a facilitator, coach and change and communications lead. She's a Warm Data Host and a Prosci certified change practitioner, and she holds a master's degree in Innovation Management. She's now doing a Transdisciplinary doctorate, researching how sacred practices can inform better change in organisations.
She's also a step-mother, a wife, a daughter and a business partner, and she knows what it's like to be ambitious and stretched and still determined to do it all without losing herself along the way.
Hannah built Kind Resilience 45 for women like her. They don't need another to-do list or another person telling them to breathe. They want something that respects their intelligence and lets them be as strategic about their own wellbeing as they are about everything else.

Questions
THINGS PEOPLE ASK US
Does joining the waitlist commit me to anything?
No. The waitlist is free. You'll get the dates when we fix them and the 40% code when registration opens. If April doesn't work for you, ignore the email or unsubscribe.
When does Cohort 3 start?
April 2027. We'll confirm the evening, time and start date in the new year and email the waitlist straight away. Our first two cohorts met on Tuesday evenings at 8pm UK time.
How much does it cost?
ยฃ295 for the six weeks. With the waitlist code it's ยฃ177, which is a little under ยฃ4 a day for the 45 days. The code lasts for three days from the moment registration opens.
Is this only for women in senior roles?
No. It's for professional women at any stage, with or without a big title. If you lead at work or at home and want to be more strategic about your wellbeing, it's for you. That could be a dentist, a business owner, a manager or a senior individual contributor. The framework adapts to the life you're living.
How much time does it take?
Plan for an hour on the call each week, plus five or ten minutes on most days for the prompt. The videos and workbook are there when you want more, and nobody checks whether you've watched them.
What if I can't make every live call?
We'd love you there every week, because the calls are where the connection happens. But life gets in the way. The teaching part of each session is recorded (the group discussion isn't) and shared the next day, so you won't fall behind.
Why twelve women?
This is coaching, so Hannah needs to know each person and respond to what comes up in the room. Twelve gives you a good mix of people and is still small enough that nobody gets lost. The weekly pods of three also mean you're rarely talking to all twelve at once.
Can my employer pay for this?
It's worth asking. Kind Resilience 45 is professional development as much as personal, so it can sit within a learning or wellbeing budget. If you'd like help making the case to your manager or L&D team, book a chemistry session with Hannah.
What happens after the 45 days?
You keep your Kind Resilience map and the framework, and you join our alumni community, where you can stay in touch with women from your cohort and the ones before it.
How often does it run?
Twice a year, in April and October. Cohort 2 is running now and Cohort 3 starts in April 2027.
