Kind Resilience
Find your anchors of certainty
Everything around you is changing. Your workload, your role, your organisation, your life outside of work. Kind ResilienceĀ® is a practical framework, born from three and a half years of doctoral research, that helps leaders find the things that don't move, so they can navigate the things that do.
Three Anchors of Certainty
Across cultures, traditions, and thousands of years, humans have navigated continuous change by doing three things well. Kind Resilience translates these into a practical framework for modern leaders.
Not another away day. Not another book you won't finish. Three anchors you can actually use, grounded in doctoral research across spiritual practices, coaching, grief counselling, and contemplative traditions.
Peace
Create space to pause and settleYour values are the things that matter most to you, but when did you last have the time and space to actually think about them? Peace is about knowing what's important, so you can stop reacting and start choosing.
Perspective
Reconnect to what keeps you groundedThe typo on that presentation feels enormous until you spend an evening with the people you love and remember what actually matters. Perspective is your connection to the things, people, and experiences that put everything else back in proportion.
Purpose
Take small, grounded actions from your valuesIf you know what matters but you're not living it, something will feel off. Purpose is about closing the gap between knowing and doing, expressing and embodying your values through practical, intentional action.
Build a Coaching Network That Sustains Itself
Away days are lovely. They're also expensive, short-lived, and somebody else's framework that leaves when they do. What if your own leaders could coach each other through continuous change, using a framework designed to stay?
-
Train Your Leaders as Kind Resilience Coaches
We train and certify your internal leaders in the Kind ResilienceĀ® framework, so they can coach their peers cross-functionally, using a shared language for navigating change.
-
Self-Sustaining, Not Consultant-Dependent
Once trained, your coaching network runs on its own. We provide light-touch monthly supervision to maintain quality and support development, not to create dependency.
-
Coaches Become Better Leaders
The coaching techniques your leaders learn don't stay in coaching sessions. They show up in one-to-ones, in team conversations, in how people lead every day. The framework makes leaders, not just coaches.
-
Built for Continuous Change
Resilience isn't an event. It's an ongoing practice. Kind Resilience gives your organisation a sustainable way to support your people through what's next, whatever that turns out to be.
"Participants found the internal coaching network as valuable as the leadership programme itself."
We set up an internal coaching network within a leading UK media group. Leaders were trained to coach cross-brand, building connections and coaching capability across the organisation. The network was self-sustaining, requiring only monthly supervision from us. Coaches reported that the techniques transformed how they led their teams, not just how they coached.
The programme was light-touch for us and high-impact for them. That's the model.

Framework Creator
Kind Resilience Coaching with Hannah
One-to-one coaching using the Kind Resilience framework, with the person who created it. Hannah works with leaders who know something isn't quite right but can't always name what it is, helping them find their anchors of certainty and build from there.
This isn't generic coaching with a framework bolted on. Hannah developed Kind Resilience through three and a half years of doctoral research and uses it daily with leaders across global strategy consultancies, media groups, and fast-growth organisations. You're working with the source, not a derivative.
Values & Peace

Purpose & Action

Tailored to You
Your anchors are yours. One-to-one coaching goes where the group can't.
A chemistry session is a short, no-commitment conversation to see if the fit is right.
Kind Resilience 45
A 45-day coaching challenge for ambitious, high-achieving women who strategise everything in their lives except their own wellbeing. This is the bit where you put yourself first.
Why specifically for women? Because Hannah's experience coaching female leaders showed that the individual journey, done within a supportive community, is something women in leadership need and rarely get. It's not about excluding anyone. It's about creating a space where ambitious women can be honest about what's hard, without performing strength. Leadership is lonely. It doesn't have to be.

Hannah is a leadership coach, doctoral researcher, and co-founder of Go Slow to Go Fast. She has spent three and a half years researching how people navigate continuous change, drawing on interviews with practitioners across spiritual traditions, coaching, grief counselling, and contemplative practice.
The Kind Resilience framework is the result of that research, translated into something practical that leaders can actually use. Hannah works with organisations including global strategy consultancies and leading media groups, and coaches ambitious women who are brilliant at running everything except their own wellbeing.
