The framework comes from over three years of doctoral research, studying how humans navigate constant change. The same three needs kept coming up: when people are going through change, they need time and space to reflect, they need to connect and build relationships, and they need to express and embody their values.

Your welcome pack arrives straight away: an email from Hannah, an introduction video, the Kind Resilience origin story, and a reflection question to sit with before your first session.

Meet your cohort

Tuesday evenings at 8pm UK time, you join up to 12 women in a live coaching call with Hannah. This is where the depth of connection starts, a space where you can be honest and feel held.

Over three spiralling cycles (Discover, Deepen, Embody) you work through Peace, Perspective and Purpose, supported by daily nudges and weekly pods of three.

KIND RESILIENCE 45

Kind Resilience 45 is not a course you watch on your own. It's a 45-day live coaching challenge, limited to twelve women, where you build repeatable resilience habits together in a warm, supportive group.

Over six weeks you will:

  • Find your Peace, identifying your values, what's actually important to you, and creating time and space to access it.
  • Build your Perspective, reconnecting with the people, places, and practices that help you see clearly when everything feels too much.
  • Reclaim your Purpose, closing the gap between what you believe and how you're actually spending your days.
  • Build daily habits that stick, not because someone told you to, but because you've found your own anchors of certainty.
  • Be supported by a cohort of women who get it, cheering each other on and holding each other accountable.
  • Have access to a curated library released week by week, including conversations with remarkable women from our network, practical tools, and reflections that deepen the work you're already doing between calls.
  • Receive coaching from Hannah, the creator of the Kind Resilience framework, throughout the sprint.

By the end of 45 days you'll have a clear understanding of your anchors, a framework you can return to whenever you need it, and the confidence that comes from finally having put yourself first.

One hour every Tuesday at 8pm UK time with your cohort and Hannah. Each session combines focused content with peer coaching, so you're not just learning, you're practising. Sessions build on each other week by week, following the Peace, Perspective, Purpose framework.

Each day, a short question lands in your small group chat to keep the work alive between calls. This gentle nudge will be just enough for you to notice something, reflect on it, and share if you want to. Hannah is in your group too, dipping in and out across the week, so you're not doing this alone.

The Journey

YOUR 45 DAYS, WEEK BY WEEK

Each two-week cycle takes you through all three anchors, Peace, Perspective and Purpose, and each time you return to them, you go deeper. Think of it as a spiral, not a straight line.

Before You Start WELCOME

Once you sign up, you'll receive a welcome email, an introduction video from Hannah, and the Kind Resilience origin story. You'll also get a reflection question to sit with before the first session. No pressure, just a gentle start.

Week 1 CONNECTION

This session is about building trust with the women you'll be walking alongside for the next 45 days. Creating a space where you can be honest, where you can go deep, and where you feel held. Women need women to talk to, and this is where that starts.

Weeks 1–2 DISCOVER

Your first pass through all three anchors. This cycle is about noticing, gently and without judgment. What's actually there when you pause long enough to look?

Peace Perspective Purpose
Week 1: Name it

Begin to identify your Peace (what's important to you), your Perspective (what grounds you and helps you see clearly), and your Purpose (are you living your values, or just knowing them?).

Week 2: Notice the gaps

Start to see where what you say matters and what you actually do don't quite match. Notice what you've stopped making room for. This is where the honest work begins.

Weeks 3–4 DEEPEN

Your second pass through the three anchors, and this time you go deeper. The surface answers from the first cycle start to shift. What you thought was important gets questioned. What you'd been avoiding starts to surface. This is where the real change happens.

Peace Perspective Purpose
Week 3: Question it

Challenge your first instincts. Are the values you named really yours, or inherited? Is your perspective serving you, or just familiar? Where is the gap between your beliefs and your behaviour?

Week 4: Feel it

Move from thinking about your anchors to feeling them. Connect with what genuinely moves you, not what looks right on paper. This is where the work stops being intellectual and becomes personal.

Weeks 5–6 EMBODY

Your third and final pass. By now you know your anchors. This cycle is about making them stick, building them into daily life so they're there when you need them, not just when you're in a coaching call.

Week 5: Live it

Take small, grounded actions that close the gap between who you are and how you're spending your days. Practice expressing and embodying your values in real situations, at work and at home.

Week 6: Anchor it

Bring it all together. Build your personal Kind Resilience map, a living framework of your Peace, Perspective and Purpose that you can return to whenever things feel overwhelming. This is yours to keep.

Your Coach

MEET HANNAH

Hannah is the co-owner and director of Go Slow to Go Fast, and the creator of the Kind Resilience framework. She has worked on large-scale transformation programmes and smaller change adoption projects for global organisations across finance, IT, engineering, L&D and HR.

She brings years of experience as a facilitator, coach, and change and communications lead. She's a Warm Data Host, a Prosci certified change practitioner, and holds a master's degree in Innovation Management. She is currently undertaking a Transdisciplinary doctorate, researching how sacred practices can inform better change within organisational development.

Hannah

She's also a step-mother, a wife, a daughter, a business partner, and someone who knows first-hand what it means to be ambitious, stretched, and determined to do it all while trying not to lose herself in the process.

This programme exists because Hannah built it for women like her. Women who don't want to make another list. Who don't want to add to their mental load. Who don't need to be told to breathe. This is for women who need a framework that respects their intelligence, matches their ambition, and gives them permission to be strategic about their own wellbeing.

FREQUENTLY ASKED

Do I need to be in a leadership role to join?

No. This is for leaders, not leadership roles. If you're an ambitious, high-achieving woman who wants to be more strategic about her wellbeing, this is for you. That could be a dentist, a business owner, a manager, or anyone navigating a demanding life.

What if I can't make every live call?

We'd love you there every week, and the live calls are where the real connection happens. But life gets in the way, and we know that. Each session will be recorded (the content, not the group discussion) and made available to you the next day, so you won't fall behind. This is designed to work with your life, not compete with it.

How much time do I need to commit each week?

One live group call each week. A short daily prompt to reflect on. Supporting videos and tools when you want to go deeper. It's designed to fit around a busy life, not add to it. Think of it as the time you're already not giving yourself.

What makes this different from other wellbeing or coaching programmes?

Kind Resilience is built on original doctoral research, not borrowed from a self-help bestseller. The 3Ps framework gives you tangible anchors you can return to, not vague advice. And the challenge format means you have structure, accountability, and a community doing it alongside you.

What happens after the 45 days?

Your anchors don't expire. The framework is yours to keep forever. You'll also join our growing alumni community, staying connected with women from your cohort and across previous cohorts. Future cohorts are available if you want to go through the process again.

Why only 12 women?

This is a coached experience, not a broadcast. Hannah needs to be able to know each person, respond to what's coming up in the group, and create a space where everyone feels safe to go deep. Twelve is the right number for that.

How often does KR45 run?

We run four cohorts per year, roughly one each quarter. If the timing doesn't work for this cohort, sign up for our newsletter below and we'll let you know as soon as the next one opens. Each cohort is kept small, so early notice makes a difference.
