- Ambitious, high‑achieving women leading at work and at home (with or without “leader” in their job title)
- Those that are juggling career, family, and constant change, feeling stuck, stressed or a bit rudderless
- Women who have tried the apps/books/gym/meditation but still feel close to burnout
- Women who want accountability and structure to finally put themselves on the priority list

An intro to your coach...
Hannah is a change and comms lead, with specialisms in communications (CIM post-grad dip), innovation management (Masters) and organisational change (PROSCI certified)
She is a qualified leadership coach (ILM qualified) and has doctoral research on how insights from human / spiritual practices can create effective change in individuals in organisations, called ‘Kind Resilience’.
