FIND YOUR ANCHORS OF CERTAINTY
A 45-day coaching challenge for ambitious women who strategise everything in their lives, except their own wellbeing. It's time to change that.
Sound Familiar?
YOU'RE AMBITIOUS. YOU'RE CAPABLE.
AND YET SOMETHING IS NOT QUITE WORKING.
- You've built a life you're proud of, but it's burying you. The career, the family, the constant logistics. Everything on your plate is something you chose, and still it feels like too much.
- You know what you should be doing. You've read the books, tried the apps, signed up for the gym. And yet here you are, still putting yourself last on the list.
- You need to carve out time for yourself, and you know it. But there's always another priority standing between you and that hour that's supposed to be yours.
- You're snapping at the people you love. Smiling through it. And you can feel that something is going to give.
- You're not in crisis, but you are spiralling. Quietly. And nobody around you can see it, because you're so good at holding it all together.
This isn't about fixing what's broken.
It's about protecting what matters, starting with you.
The founding cohort begins mid-April. Only 15 places.
Save Your PlaceThe Story Behind Kind Resilience
When everything is moving around you, you need one thing that is not.
Picture a small boat on a choppy crossing between two islands. Everything is shifting, the waves, the deck beneath your feet, the horizon tilting left and right. The only way to stay steady is to find something that isn't moving and hold your gaze there.
That's the idea at the heart of Kind Resilience. In a world of constant change, at work, at home, in your own body, you need anchors. Points of certainty that don't shift when everything else does.
This framework wasn't invented in a marketing meeting. It comes from over three years of doctoral research, including interviews with shamans, grief counsellors, meditation practitioners, people of deep faith, and professionals going through relentless organisational change. The same three needs kept coming up, no matter who was speaking.
That's kind resilience. Not the grit-your-teeth kind. The be-kind-to-yourself-and-watch-what-becomes-possible kind. By being kind, you build resilience. Not the other way around.
The Framework
THREE ANCHORS. YOUR ANCHORS.
The Kind Resilience framework gives you three anchors of certainty to return to whenever the ground shifts beneath you, at work, at home, or somewhere in between.
PEACE
Create time and space to pause, settle, and reconnect with what's actually important to you. Not what's urgent. Not what everyone else needs. What matters to you, your values, your non-negotiables, the things you've stopped making room for.
PERSPECTIVE
Reconnect with the people, places, or practices that help you see clearly again. The things that make that typo on the presentation, or the email you forgot to send, shrink back to the size they actually are.
PURPOSE
Move from knowing what matters to actually living it. Small, grounded actions that close the gap between who you are and how you're spending your days. Because the deepest discomfort isn't fearing change, it's losing your sense of purpose inside it.
45 DAYS. YOUR CHALLENGE.
Weekly Live Coaching Calls
One hour each week on Zoom with your cohort and your coach. Structured, purposeful, and designed to go deep quickly.
Daily Nudges & Prompts
Short, thoughtful prompts delivered each day to keep the work alive between calls. Small rituals that add up to real shifts.
A Cohort of 15 Women
Not a faceless community, a small group of women who get it. Your sisterhood for six weeks, and quite possibly beyond.
Video & Content Library
Supporting resources released week by week, including interviews with remarkable women, practical tools, and frameworks that deepen the work.
Accountability, Built In
Think of this as a Couch to 5K for your wellbeing. The structure and daily rhythm mean you won't drift. For once, you'll follow through for yourself.
The Kind Resilience Framework
Peace. Perspective. Purpose. Three anchors grounded in over three years of doctoral research. Original, tested, and yours to keep.

MEET HANNAH
Hannah is the co-owner and director of Go Slow to Go Fast, and the creator of the Kind Resilience framework. She has worked on large-scale transformation programmes and smaller change adoption projects for global organisations across finance, IT, engineering, L&D and HR.
She brings years of experience as a facilitator, coach, and change and communications lead. She's a Warm Data Host, a Prosci certified change practitioner, and holds a master's degree in Innovation Management. She is currently undertaking a Transdisciplinary doctorate, researching how sacred practices can inform better change within organisational development.
She's also a step-mother, a business partner, and someone who knows first-hand what it means to be ambitious, stretched, and determined to do it all while trying not to lose herself in the process.
This programme exists because Hannah built it for women like her. Women who don't need another app. Who don't need to be told to breathe. Who need a framework that respects their intelligence, matches their ambition, and gives them permission to be strategic about their own wellbeing.
