Meet the women behind Kind Resilience

A free, live conversation with our founding cohort. Friday 17 July, 1pm to 1:45pm BST, on Zoom.

Hannah will be sitting down with some of the women from our founding Kind Resilience cohort for an open conversation about what the experience was really like. What they came in carrying. What shifted for them. And what they'd say to anyone thinking about taking part.

If you've ever wondered what Kind Resilience actually involves, or whether it's for you, this is the simplest way to find out. No pitch, no pressure. Just real women talking about building resilience that lasts, without burning out to get there.

What to expect

You'll leave with a real feel for what Kind Resilience is, straight from the women who lived it, and a clearer sense of whether it might be right for you.

There's no pressure to speak, no breakout rooms, and cameras stay on or off, entirely up to you. Make a cup of tea and listen in. There'll be space to ask a question in the chat if you'd like to, but only if you want to.

Who it's for

This is for women who are curious about Kind Resilience, or who know something needs to change but aren't sure where to start. Whether you're close to signing up or just want to understand what it's all about, you're welcome here.

A little something for turning up

Join us live on the day and there's a thank-you discount code waiting for you, to use towards the next cohort. We'll share it during the session, so it's worth being there in person.

Your host

Hannah Alexander-Wright, co-founder of Go Slow to Go Fast and creator of Kind Resilience. Hannah's work is rooted in strategic wellbeing: helping women build resilience that lasts, without burning out to get there.
