Make the most of those moments
Good managers, the ones that keep putting themselves through all this, recognise that building a productive, happy team is a regular process of making the most of 'moments that matter'.
This might be using a scheduled one-to-one to support your team member in reflecting on how they can tackle an issue for themselves, or re-designing the weekly team meeting agenda to include more opportunities for building trust because you've seen some unnecessary conflict recently.
